Well I think I am getting in way to much sodium... KEEP IT SIMPLE.. why is this so hard for me... Here it is :

Egg Protein Shake for brekkie

Meat for lunch

Beef for dinner

How hard is it?? I'm frustrated with myself right now!

This morning I had a shake.... I plan on picking up the egg protein powder today.. but really don't want to waste the Whey powder I have left... basically one more shake for DBF and I. I did make my shake just a little different. I didn't add the cream(not allowed WK 3) or the coconut milk (didn't have any). I added a little extra enova and 4 scoops PP, 4 eggs, and a little caramel Torani's - This fed both of us for breakfast.

Lunch will be African spiced meatballs

Dinner: Chicken wings & Italian sausage.

Well I wrapped up weeks one and two with no significant loss in weight or inches... I originally had a 3 lbs loss in week one, but two of those magically reappreared . I maintained my 1/2" loss off of my waist

Since, honesty is the best policy, I have to admit Sunday was not a Shake day.. and I did enjoy an english muffin at breakfast. Other than that It was a meat feast for dinner...

The crazy thing is, I look smaller... my abdominal fat is definately deflated .. well I know phase one was a liver cleanse and I look forward to great things in...

Ok, nice shake for brekkie... then a huge lunch at Outback:

Kookaburra wings

6 oz steak w/lobster & Mushroom sauce, 4 small scalloops, veggies & wedge salad.

Since its only about 5:45 pm I'm sure I will have a shake about 8:00 or so..

FRIDAY!! My plan it moving right along. My major concern is coming up next week- NO CHEESE- The cream in my coffee is an easy fix thanks to the So Delicious Coconut creamer!

My main meal today will be a late lunch with the grandparents are usual. I wish a late lunch was my main meal most days.. it allows for the light dinner of my PowerUp Protein shake... Oh well I guess since my shake weeks are almost over I shouldn't fret over this much

Well lunch ended up including a dinner roll and the croutons on my salad. I just let myself get too darn hungry ...
