Pg. 49: I decided it was time to do something about my weight when...
I got back from my week in Hawaii. Although I had a great time, I felt awkward and out of place. I was just plain uncomfortable! We're going back in February of 2009, and I plan to feel much different about myself. Time to get serious!!
My goals: to lose the blood pressure meds, feel good, fit in my clothes, feel comfortable participating in life and not be just a spectator, feel good about myself.
Pg. 53: Measurements... private...in my Palm
Pg. 55:
My current BMI: 30+
My "Rule of Thumb" ideal weight is: 140
Today I weigh 198 pounds
My goal weight is 145 pounds
To achieve this goal, I will lose 55 pounds.
Pg. 56: My personal satisfaction quotient today is: about 6 or so.
