Well, here it is 2009. A new year and I,ve fallen so far off the wagon I even hate to admit it to myself. I started in 2004 with a weight of 248 lbs and told myself I would never be that weight again. I,m not, but I,m close at 235. As soon as I get my check and can buy groceries, I,m restarting Atkins. I don,t know why I gave up before. Too lazy I guess. My health has been bad this winter, so I have to do something. Wish me luck!
