I'm down to 225 today!!

With three days on my eating plan and two days of working out to Jillian Michaels 30 day shred --That's a 5 pound loss since Saturday!

I'm well on my way to my mini goal of 200.

I did have to deal with a stressful situation at home last night --but instead of using it as an excuse to eat off plan-- I used it as an opportunity to pray and trust God.

No more excuses & no more wasted time!
