Well, today is the start of week 5 on my diet plan. I've gone from about 260 to 246 pounds. So that's about 14 pounds gone! But on the down side, I have been off the wagon for 3 days now. I got down to 244 but the three cheat days have had side effects.

It's upsetting me that I let myself get off track after I've been doing so good. I want this time to be different than all of the other times I've tried and failed on this diet. So I'm going to use this as a chance to re-commit myself to the plan. I know this plan works and I've already seen results from it. I just have to re-focus...
