1/2 cup normal ricotta cheese
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 pumps (or 2 T) sugar free vanilla Torani/Davinci
1/2 tsp instant coffee

mix instant coffee with Torani in a mug then add remaining ingredients, enjoy!

226 cals, 18.1 fat, 4.1 carbs and 10 protein

(this is a tweak from a South Beach recipe)

**Edit** Oops! I made this the other day and completely forgot the cocoa powder and purposely nix'd the vanilla. It was still tasty.. I'm going to not use either...

Posted 04-15-2009 at 10:17 PM by misslatte
1 lb lean ground beef (I have 90/10%)
1 lb pork sausage
1/4 cup Ragu Light
4 ounces chopped portobello mushrooms
14 slices of pepperoni (1 Hormel serving)
1 cup shredded cheese
Random spices (I go by the close my eyes and grab two or three bottles from the spice cabinet method.. This time it was dash-o-dill and cumin. YUMMM)

Preheat oven to 350

Mix beef and pork together with whatever random spices you want (don't forget to add nutritional info for whatever you add). Spread this into the bottom of a 13x9 cake pan and bake...

Pumpkin smoothie

1/4 cup Libby canned pumpkin
1/4 cup heavy cream (or half/half)
1/4 cup vanilla SF Davinci syrup
3/4 cup water
2 handfuls ice
1/2 t pumpkin pie spice

Blend all together and enjoy!

I sometimes will also add a half to full scoop of vanilla bean torte protein powder (Syntrax Nectar) if I need to up my protein for the day - if you do this make sure to add more water!

Also, if you have pumpkin pie flavored davinci use that instead of vanilla and nix the pumpkin pie spice.
