My name is Sophia and I've been low carbing for some time now, without major success weight-wise though. Looks like the carbs have still been to high.
Right now I weight about 146 and I wanna go down to 129 by the end of April. If it takes longer I'm not gonna beat myself up, but that's what I'm aiming at. I have been yoyo-ing since a long time so this time is going to be different. I want to find a way to both lose and eat long term, because I don't want to gain the weight back. Sometimes I do IF. I have plenty of resources and I'm positive...
