Releasing The Thinner Me with HCG! ;-)

This is my second attempt at losing weight with HCG. During the first time I lost 10.6 pounds in one week while using the homeopathic HCG - then I gave up due to cheating and hunger. I decided to try the RX brand this time with hopes that it will control my hunger a little more. I feel very confident and I'm committing myself 100% to the protocol. I can do this :-)

My highest weight this year was 230 pounds right before giving birth to my son in July 2009.

My lowest weight last year was 165.5 on 6/28/2008, 1.5 months before I got married. Check out my youtube channel for proof!

Anyways, I have set a mini goal of 165 by my 35th birthday in March 2010.

I contribute my small loss to not drinking enough water. I had about 43.8 ounces during the day and hadn't touch my big 64oz container until right before bed. And, of course, I didn't drink no where near half of the bottle. Oh well, I'll do better today and expect to see atleast 1 pound release in the morning. We shall see... Overall, I feel great and I know I sound like a broken record - but I am SO darn glad I switched to the Rx brand of HCG! I feel a MILLION times better than I did on th h-HCG! Thank the Lord!!
