Releasing The Thinner Me with HCG! ;-)

This is my second attempt at losing weight with HCG. During the first time I lost 10.6 pounds in one week while using the homeopathic HCG - then I gave up due to cheating and hunger. I decided to try the RX brand this time with hopes that it will control my hunger a little more. I feel very confident and I'm committing myself 100% to the protocol. I can do this :-)

My highest weight this year was 230 pounds right before giving birth to my son in July 2009.

My lowest weight last year was 165.5 on 6/28/2008, 1.5 months before I got married. Check out my youtube channel for proof!

Anyways, I have set a mini goal of 165 by my 35th birthday in March 2010.

I completed 30 min run - and 15 min cool down on the elliptical. I feel like a CHAMPION!!

Well, I got through Day 1 and here I am... on to Day 2 and so far so good.

This is hard - but, I am determined to succeed .

I can do this .

I'll post my exercise summary once it is complete.

I ran for 30 mins - breaking for 90 mins when I got tired. I felt great AND my pressure was beautiful afterwards. I gotta keep this up!! My eating was very good today too. No more food after 7:30p.

I will WI on Thursday morning. I sure hope I am back at 200 .

Day 1: Atkins '72

Okay, so I decided to start Atkins '72 again. I lost 30 pounds since delivering my baby boy on July 31st. Now it's time to lose the remaining 40+ pounds. My ultimate goal is 150!!

Along with following Atkins '72 - I plan to RUN - SPIN - and SWIM atleast 3-4 days per week while resting on the weekends.

I'm still suffering from the Pregnancy Induced Hypertension and my bp is being controlled by meds. My goal is to lose these unwanted pounds so I can get off these pills for good!!

I truly believe diet and exercise will help me do just that!!

Reality Check on Weight Fluctualtions
