I haven't posted here as consistantly as I started to, but I am still here, LC, and happy about it.

BUT, I did have a major pout-fest when I found out I was up SEVEN pounds of water (I know it was water because yesterday I peed most of it away!) As it is, I only weigh once a week. But I am thinking of starting Fast 5 + LC and not weigh for two weeks.

1/2 sm. lobster tail w/garlic butter (2.2), 5 pork baby back ribs w/lc sauce (3.0)
med zucchini mashed up with butter (5.7)

D -
spicy pork rinds, 1/4 cup ranch (3.0)

(15.5 carbs)

30 mins swimming and pool exercises, 1X walking around parking lot @ 10 mins

Tues -
30 mins walking @ lunch time, 1X walking around parking lot @ 10 mins

Weds -
30 mins swimming and pool exercises, 1X walking around parking lot @ 10 mins

Thrs -
30 mins walking @ lunchtime, 2X walking around parking lot 10 mins each

Fri -
30 mins walking @ lunchtime, 2X walking around 10 mins each, 40 mins swimming and pool exercises

Sat -
1 hr walking @ boardwalk,...

This is AFTER I weighed in LOL.
Celebrated my 1st Anniversary

Monday

B -
LC Skillet "Pizza" (7 carbs)

L -
TJoe's Cobb Salad (9 carbs)

D - Ribs (no sauce), lobster with butter sauce, salad, mashed garlic POTATOES , 2 glasses of cranberry JUICE, tiny peice of REAL carrot cake (homemade!)

Who knows how many carbs in that one meal, but it was worth it to celebrate with my honey and not have to worry about carbs, it was indulgent! But that's the key, eating like that is a rare...
