Well, since I did not do my weekly fat fast on Saturday, I decided to do one today. And since my one year wedding anniversary is coming up, I am thinking of doing one every other day from now until then. That way, I don't experience the weakness and brain fog of a 3-5 day fat fast, which could affect my performance on the job! hehe. But really, I think extremely low carbs and intermittent fat fasts are the only way I lose anymore. Oh, and portion control, too.

Tuesday -

Sipping 1 cup of heavy whipping cream with vanilla sf syrup and water mix throughout the day....

I lost the 1.6 water weight I put on last week, and another .8 lb. So, as far as I am concerned, I lost .8 over the past two weeks. That is fine by me, especially considering that people are telling me it looks like I have lost 15-20 in the past two months, not 5 or 6!!
