Here is what I have eaten since coming off the fat fast.

08/13/08

B-
2 eggs with 1 oz cheese omlet, 2 oz tri-tip
4 tsp cream in hot Kenyan tea
water

L-
1/4 lb hebrew national hot dog with sugar free ketchup
Diet Sprite
water

Snack-
1 oz cheese
water

D-
Costco chicken ceasar salad, no croutons, did not eat all the lettuce or dressing.
Diet Cherry Pepsi
Water

Hebrew National Hot dog with sugar free Ketchup
Lots of water (salty!)

L –
Grilled chicken breast, diet sprite, water

S –
sliced turkey and cheese, water

D –
Oopsies with sliced turkey sandwhich, diet orange soda, water

Oopsie w/ sliced roast beef (early am) and ranch dressing

B/L-
3 egg cheese omlet, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, lots of water
(spread over 2 meals)

going to try the pork rinds sprinkled with butter/cinnamon/splenda recipe

I had the irrational fear that oopsies would kick me out of ketosis because they are "breadlike" even though I made them myself and know they have no hidden carbs. But, ketosticks were purple today and last night so I can say "see, told ya so" to myself

2-egg omelet with 1 oz cheese and 2 oz left over pork (cooked in fresh basil and garlic! mmmm)

2 oz Chicken breast 1 oz cheese

L-
2 oopsies to sandwich 2 oz chicken and 1 oz cheese, mayo, lettuce

D-
4 oz lamb seasoned with garlic, onion powder, pepper and salt. 1/2 med Zucchini (HURRAY FOR VEGGIES!)

Dess-
1 oopsie with 1/2 tbsp PB and 1 tsp sugar free strawberry jam
(11.2 carbs)

Early AM 2 Hebrew National sausage links, Kenyan tea w.4 tsp HWC & splash sugar free hazelnut davinci syrup

9:30 am still hungry... 2 scrambled eggs and 4 slices thin slice bacon

Hebrew national hot dog with sugar free ketchup wrapped in an oopsie as a "bun"

Tri-tip salad w/ homemade ranch
