Atkins' '72-style Induction

This is Atkins '72-style Induction...

WEEK ONE (0-5 carbs per day)

Any meats and Fish (except sausage, hot dogs, cold cuts, oysters or scallops)
Eggs (no limit)
Diet Jello
Condiments: spices, mustard, vinegar, sweeteners, horseradish
Beverages: broth, diet soda, coffee, tea, water
Salad - two small green salads per day (2 cups loosely packed greens, 1 cup per salad, celery, cucumber and radishes. Low carb dressing, pickles and olives are allowed. See the salad veg list below)
Fats: butter, lard, mayonnaise, oils
Juice of one lemon or lime
Up to 4 ounces of cheese (no cream cheese, fresh or soft cheeses)
Up to 4 teaspoons of heavy cream

WEEK TWO (increase carbs to 10 per day)

You can add: cottage and ricotta cheese, nuts (no cashews), more cream, more vegetables or basically anything 8 carbs or less

SALAD VEGETABLES
celery
Chinese cabbage
chives
cucumbers
lettuce
olives
onions
pickles (sugar free, of course)
parsley
peppers
radishes
green onions

Let's be sure to move up the carb ladder, as written. We can't stay on induction forever.
