I've never really been truly overweight, but I have been known to "plump up." Most of my adult life my body liked to hang out at 133 lbs. Then at one point I got down to 112 and that felt REALLY good! But my body did not like it so I settled at about 122.
Every once in awhile, my weight starts creeping up towards 130 and I have to catch it before it gets out of hand. This time I got up to 135 before I really got serious about bringing it back down... and even after I start started Atkins, I bloated up to 137 before it starting to lose.
At 42, it seems...
