Green Smoothie Fast - 6/18/09

I decided to shake things up a bit with a Green Smoothie Fast. I wanted to do a three day fast, but since today is already Thursday, I'm not sure about sticking with this through the weekend. We shall see. If not, I'll pick back up Monday.

Rules:

- drink green smoothies for 3 days or whatever length desired
- drink plenty of water
- no coffee, soda or artificial sweeteners
- tea is allowed
- vegetable both is allowed
- salad/berries/nuts are allowed if feel a need to chew

Green smoothie acceptable ingredients:

- any greeny leafy veg, herbs
- avocado
- strawberries, blueberries, granny smith
- flax meal, wheat bran
- lemon juice
- walnuts, almonds
- Greek yogurt
- aloe vera water
- stevia
- ACV

Update: One day was enough. I rather chew my food and I'm happier on meat and eggs with a few veggies. So that's that.
