Binged again! - 12-20-08

Mistake #1 - I was getting hungry. I should have eaten something before I got to this point.

Mistake #2 - Picked up the cream cheese for "just a couple of bites." (yea, right)

Mistake #3 - Boy I sure do like cream cheese mushed with peanut butter and a packet of splenda; and there just happens to be peanut butter in the frige.

Results: Entire 8 oz package of cream cheese and the last of the jar peanut butter are now gone. And I have a bellyache.

Add to list of things NOT TO EVER have in the house:

Almonds
Greek Yogurt
Natural Peanut Butter
Cream Cheese
Special treats like LC Buckeyes or LC Almond Butter Toffee

I binged on Ben & Jerry's Vanilla Heath Bar Crunch and M&Ms... I was doingso well, but my cousin made peanut butter drops... Yesterday was B.A.D.

I did find a remedy however:

Drink lots of ICE COLD water when you get cravings. It works wonders. Then get those snacks out of sight and do something that interests you. Keep your hands BUSY.

Thank you for the advice. I've also read that biting something sour like a pickle or lemon helps; or even just brushing your teeth.
