Initial Goal 9/22/08 - Yogurt Exception?

I hit 122 lbs today which was my initial goal!!! However it was a bit hard to be excited because I still feel so FLABBY! I looked good at this weight when I was younger. I guess I need to increase the conditioning exercises and not depend only on cardio. I'm trying to get the YOU On A Diet 20-min workout into my regular routine. Anyway, I'm pressing on for 118 lbs.

Had the strangest craving today. I was reading a thread regarding the "Yogurt Exception." I never heard of such a thing but apparently it means fermented dairy products technically have fewer carbs than are on the label due to the fermenting process.

It also talked about all the health benefits for the digestive tract, etc. I almost bought plain yogurt the other day but put it back. Now after reading that thread I simply HAD to have buttermilk. I think I've only ever bought buttermilk maybe twice in my life... so this truly is a strange craving. I bought a half gallon on the way home and drank 24 oz of it before the evening was over. I don't know if I believe in the "yogurt exception" or not, but I did enjoy drinking the buttermilk! Wonder what I will weigh in the morning?
