One year ago, I started a low-carb way of eating. I've lost 25 pounds. I started exercising by simply walking on my lunch hour. I later added in hand weights. I've never been athletic in my life, not even in high school. Started the Couch to 5K program on January 7 and ran my first 5K on March 7. This is what sparked a love of fitness! I never truly "enjoyed" exercise prior to Couch to 5K, but rather simply endured it. I then ran two more 5Ks.
