Keeping track of business...

I had been intending on getting serious about my weight again, and had just gotten back on the wagon when Cleo invited me back here for the Mid-Year-Challenge.
I'd taken off a bit before the challenge started, 18 pounds, but I still had more to drop. So, I have been doing pretty well. I am more or less between extended Atkins induction, and OWL. My secret? No real secret, eat fat, fat and more fat! LOL! When I track my foods on Fitday, I do best when 75% or more of my caloric intake is from fat.
I also try to avoid Frankenfoods.
What are Frankenfoods?
My siggy line is soon getting far too long from tracking my stats, so, I figured that I'd at least make them easily viewable somewhere before I have to cut my siggy back some!

- If you can't read and pronounce the ingredients, it's probably a Frankenfood.
- If you have no idea if the ingredient comes from animal, vegetable or mineral, it is probably a Frankenfood!
- #1, my birthday is October 27th. I want to give myself the gift of being back in shape.
- #2, my anniversary is November 13th. It would be great to look and feel good by then.
- #3, I know that I have a harder time LOSING in cold weather months, even if I am not partaking of holiday goodies, thus, I, personally consider maintaining from October through February to be a HUGE victory.
