Well, I've been doing a lot of research on WLS and on diet and on WOE styles and have been gaining steadily while trying to follow dietitian's new plan.
Enough is enough. I am staring 400 lbs in the face (i weigh 396 lbs) and I have to stop trying and actually DO something or I'm going to die, while waiting.

I went to the dietitian last night and we talked about the differences between the diet she wanted me on and SB. I had taken in the food list guides and she was surprised at how similar they were once we compared P2 to her Plan. She asked me to keep a food journal and to only weigh with her for awhile so I don't obsess over the scale. I have to practice portion control and getting my protein in daily. He is Risen and I am so confused. On this day of Our Lord's Rising from Death and Restoring life, I should be filled with joy and fond rememberance, yet although Part of me rejoices that HE has risen, there is a part of me that is filled with sadness at the loss of 2 young girls to car accidents. Great news! I called the hospital that has the Bariatric Center of the Rockies affiliated with it, explained my problems getting through to someone, and the operator sent me to the coordinator of the BCR. He apologized and said he was having trouble with the line, we talked for a while and I'm getting a packet sent out to me to fill out and get the ball rolling.
