We started induction with my mom today. We have been eating too many things here and there the past week so decided to start clean and fresh again. We also went for a walk, I love my pedometer, we did 2.25 miles and Matthew and Vicky enjoyed it very much. They were being pushed in the stroller checking out all the doggies and birds in the neighbourhood.

I hope the weather cooperates and we can continue walking daily. It would be sooo awesome to get some exercise in this way, especially since it doesn't even feel like exercise. It's soo cool to see how many steps we took and how...

It's official, I can't wear size 24 pants anymore.. shucks .... ....
Not only can I pull my jean capris on and off without undoing the button or the zipper, but I swear if Matthew or Vicky pulled on my pant leg a little harder my pants would have gone sliding off. Plus they look RIDICULOUSLY beggy and very unflattering.
YAYYYYYYYYYY!!!! No more size 24 pants for me!!!!!
I only lost 20lbs so far though... so that's not THAT much, but what a great feeling!!

This is what I want... it's NOT fair that I can't have any of it... I hate that I can't eat what I want and that I gain weight just by LOOKING or THINKING about those things... It's NOT FAIR...

Well I stepped on the scale today, turns out that my parents have an old old old one but I'm going to assume it's accurate. It showed 255lbs which is probably true because I've been eating more then I should have. A bite here a nibble there and all those carbs and calories add up. I was 249 before we left VA and I'm hoping to see that again soon. My mom and I are going to do induction on Monday, till then I'll be eating well but having fruit, rasberries are on sale and I'm having portion control issues.

Hopefully we'll start walking around the neighbourhood today, kids will enjoy...

So we made it to Canada and as soon as we crossed the boarder we stopped at Tim Hortons and I had a small ice cap and a fruit explosion muffin. This was a planned "eating off plan". I knew I was going to have Tim Hortons because I LOVE their icecaps.. or so I thought... They are SOOOO SWEEET.. its like drinking SUGAR.. BLAH... I didnt even finish the whole thing. The muffin was good, but it was definitively not as good as I remember so I'm not having that again.
The best part is, I was realy stressing about my Tim Hortons craving while we're here for 3 months, but now I dont...
