Monthly weight loss
Starting weight March - 270 lbs
Loss:
* March 10 lbs - 260 lbs
* April 5 lbs - 255 lbs
* May 5 lbs - 250 lbs
* June 4 lbs - 246 lbs
* July 4 lbs - 242 lbs
* August 4 lbs - 238 lbs
* September 2 lbs - 236 lbs
* October 2 lbs - 234 lbs
* November 0 lbs - 234 lbs
I WISH I could lose about 5 lbs/month. That would be sooo awesome. It doesn't seem like a lot but it does add up. That way my skin would have time to catch up to my shrinking and hopefully I woun't need major plastic surgary when I get to goal.
September and October have been soo rough. I began to get more lenient, having a snack here and a grape there and obviously the weight isn't going down with that. So I'm smartening up and hopefully will have better results in November. I would love to go back to losing 4/5 lbs a month.
