IM back in controll of my eating I was on such a long stall for so long . Finding this site has giving me the tool i need to be accountable . Im on my way to my goal and i know I will get there.Its amazing how much support I have gotten from ppl here and I want to be able to give as much support back.

It has been a week with no loss im still doing stillmans and I am gettin discouraged with the scale holdin back on me.
I read somewhere that if I dont lose 1 week the next week will bring a bigger loss, I am praying that happends, but I so want to register it now. I am staying with my plan I have come to far to give up, thats just not an option at this point. I have never measured cuz i simply dont know how exactly, but I think im gonna have a friend do it .Summer is coming and i desperatly want to be down more than I am now
