have finally killed the sweet tooth.
that took some doing.

got creative with a can of anchovies, yesterday.
i love salty food and anchovies help that..
can't taste the fish taste, just gives a salty flavour and adds calcium to the dish.

96 here yesterday.
same today, i believe.
what i wouldn't give to get out on my bike and cruise the beach today.. but alas, i must work for a living..
need to get to the store for more protein.
down to sausage and pork belly.

school is out as of tomorrow afternoon.
will have a teenager around..
i'd love more than anything for him to pursue his computer business.. some days he makes as much as i do....

we are loving our new kitten, romeo...
he's a little cutie.

food has been right on track.
only time i stray is when my sweet tooth comes calling... so for now, i'm safe!
as long as i avoid the ice cream isle at the store.... hahahahahaha!
