The Beginning Of June
Ahhhhhhhh, the beginning of June..
summer, watermelon, sunburns, biking on the Boardwalk...
I have to re-evaluate my eating as far as fats are concerned. Dr. Eades says that in order to reduce weight, we must keep our calories low, fat high, protein minimum.
I love making all of the different flavours of mayonnaise, but given the caloric count..
(i've never counted calories before) i must reduce my caloric intake if i want to lose weight.
lower calories....
that's going to be tough as I have never done it before. I've always been a carbohydrate counter.
but if i want to lose pounds and be "lighter," this is what i must do.
i'm allready slender by American standards, but the weight number seems to suggest that i'm heavy..
what to do

so in order to begin a goal, i must consider one..
do i want to continue getting thinner or do i want to reduce poundage?
