Okay, I actually exercise a lot which is why it baffles me how I got so big so quickly. No, that's a lie, when I became depressed and my worse enemy was posing as my best friend I ate all kinds of bad food and exercised little. After Christmas break like so many people I got back on track until things began to go awry again and I looked to people who did not feel that low carb was a good way for me. To make it bad enough they recommended a cheat day, which is like telling an alcoholic it's ok to drink once a week, in the beginning stages of recovery.
