I overdid it- I think

I can get super gung ho when it comes to exercise and I won't even realize it. Today I have exercised myself until I am almost sick. That's not sexy. I like to believe that I am athletic so I push myself. I see the people on the biggest loser and I say to myself "they did a marathon, I can do 6 or 7 miles, I'm tough". So I get to the point where I have tuckered myself out with hopes that the scale is going to be extra friendly but I know my body is a vindictive task master. I'm just going to chill out and rethink my strategies and once again count my blessings.
