I just read my last post and i am so lame!!! My total lost on ultrametabolism is 16 lbs! DUH!
Anyway.....i blew it this week. I've been under alot of stress at work and i've given in one too many times this week. I missed curves this morning because i think i had a reaction to the sesame oil in my salad yesterday and i had a headache. So i slept a bit more this morning. Did good while I was at work but then I caved in this evening again. Third day in a row where i lost it after i got home. I was planning on staying on the plan while i am on vacation next week. I know the foods so I think it is better while i am away. I will be making more detox broth tomorrow so that will help flush my system. I am hoping that it isn't raining tomorrow so i can get on my bike and go for a ride..it's been two weeks.
