The beginning of the week was tough. I felt like i couldn't mix my meals around and if i did what if i gained? what if i put the wrong foods together?? Then i realized that the book says you can mix and match. I am feeling a bit freer with it today. Planning is getting a little overwhelming but i think it is because the kids started school and there's alot goin on in the house at that time.
Harper said to name our routines.....other than curves, bike and weight I am not sure what that means. I made it to curves today and it felt really good!! Lots of people there and it went by really quick. My heart rate got up to 21 before i got half way done with the first circuit. usually by the end i am getting it up there. I feel different but i feel the same. I don't know if that makes any sense but sometimes it doesn't feel as if I am losing anything! i have to weigh in on the 13th so i am stayin off my scale until then. Need to get some more water in today..i think i am missing 64 oz by a glass. I've been more conscious about carrying a cup with me at work.
It is hard to remember that all this weight didnt just appear. It will take time and it will take discipline on my part to get it off. I thought giving myself one day to relax about food and eat liberally would help but i think i lost a few days. I will not be doing that again!!!
