Setting Goals...

OK.. so Harper said we had to answer the following questions:


What do you want?

I want to feel better, healthier and sexier.

Why do you want it?

I want this to be able to be more successful in all areas of my life and to be more productive in achieving my goals.

Next is to create a specific plan of action to get these things.

A. I have started the Ultrametabolism Diet.
B. I have joined curves and will go there on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
C. I will ride my bike on Sundays and Saturday.
D. I will do upper body workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
E. I will weigh myself weekly on Saturdays and monthly for Curves.
F. I will add other exercise if I feel that I want to do something more.
G. I will drink at least 64 oz of water each day.

Start Date: July 27, 2008
Beginning weight: 285
First Goal (6 wks): 30 lbs 10 inches more
Total Weight Goal: 150 lbs
Weight lost on Atkins: 20 lbs
Total Weigh Goal: 130 lbs more
Weight lost first week: 12 lbs
Next Curves weigh in: August 13.
Total inches lost at Curves: 9.5
