DAY FOUR

Well today started kinda slowly, still wasn't feeling 100% so wasn't able to eat breakfast. had some roast chicken for lunch (without stuffing which was very hard to resist) for afternoon tea had two steamed dim sims without the pastry. For dinner i had chicken and two pieces of bacon.

Got a lot of stress at work at the moment and it's nice to be stressed and not pigging out on junk food and chips. I feel good. Excited about my weigh in next monday.

Now off to rehearsals for a play I'm in. Busy busy busy!

DAY THREE

Woke up and 6:30 and was violently ill, couldn't stop throwing up for most of the day. had some low cal soft drink, but couldn't eat anything. not sure what that was all about.
Still in Ketosis though which is awesome and don't feel hungry, can't get over that feeling.

had bacon and cheese for breakfast, chicken and cheese for lunch, having chicken/ham/cheese roll ups with veggies for dinner.

did a ketosis check today with those sticks and of the six colours there, i'm on the fourth one .4 i think it was. gotta run

DAY ONE

Well today went fairly smoothly although it's not over yet

B/FAST - Two eggs and some cheese

LUNCH - Some homemade chicken loaf

DINNER - Leftover chicken loaf.

My weaknesses are the evening, when i tend to kind of eat everything in sight, but remarkably i don't feel hungry! How crazy is that? Well it is for me! I'm worried about weekends when i go out and can't drink. Might have to google some low carb alcoholic drinks so i don't stick out too much.

More tomorrow!

A New Start

Well here i am about to embark on a carb-free journey that hopefully bring me to my goal weight. I'm currently struggling to lose the last 13kgs,(25lbs). I figured this was the best way to go. I'm looking for people who are on a similar journey. The one thing i'm probably going to find the most difficult is lunchtimes, i'm a teacher and have trouble staying away from the canteen and also am wondering what sort of low carb lunches i could make.

i'm going to weigh in once a week, fingers crossed it all goes well.
