Well today went fairly smoothly although it's not over yet
B/FAST - Two eggs and some cheese
LUNCH - Some homemade chicken loaf
DINNER - Leftover chicken loaf.
My weaknesses are the evening, when i tend to kind of eat everything in sight, but remarkably i don't feel hungry! How crazy is that? Well it is for me! I'm worried about weekends when i go out and can't drink. Might have to google some low carb alcoholic drinks so i don't stick out too much.
