[COLOR="Purple"]Last few days have been good in terms of attitude...not so good in the food department..lol..not to worry though..bought my groceries...and am not looking back..I was thinking today in the car on the way home from work..."by next summer I dont want to be in the same place physically for myself".....just tired of being in this place of fattness...its not me..and its not how I want to express myself...but I do know that it is a decsiion to be made everyday...not easy getting over a life time a really bad eating habits...well all for now; need my sleep just wanted...

...but I hadnt noticed that I had not eaten all day...and it was closing in on 2pm...stomach giving me a signal...and I headed for my fridge..awww my sausage jalepeno links with cheeze..had my big glass of tea with splenda in tow...I immediately went looking for bread...but then that knowing feeling of what happens when I eat bread took over..the bloating the gas the diarrea like stools..
; and I said to myself" why would I want to put myself through this?? I dont need...
