Today is the day I will clean out the pantry, refrigerator and set things in motion through the grocery market to get the low carb going. I'm going to try this to get the blood sugar down. Let's see how it goes. Happy Monday!

I have visited this site many times in the past few years. I've been on and off low carb with pretty good success. I've also tried every other diet in the world (or it seems like it!) I'm not sure whether a blog will work for a journal or if I need to join in on one of the message boards. They all seem like they would work. Anyway, I've fluctuated in my weight all my adult life.
