Day 9 and am now 5lbs now..yay!

Menu today:

B - eggs with mushrooms, parm cheese, 1 green onion
L: 1 weiner, 6 small cubes of fried cheese
S 1&2: handful of macadamians, pork rinds, string cheese, sf popsicle
D: roast chicken and 3/4 zucchini sauteed with butter and nutmeg
Dessert: sf jelly with small amount of whipped cream

That looks great! If you feel like you are stalling, try omiting the jello and macadamia nuts for a few days and see if that helps. I was surprised to see what made me stall! I found out that I stall if I don't get enough greens, like salads. But your menu looks fantastic!

Oh, a great dessert is 1/4 cup of canned pumpkin, 1 packet of sweetner (I like Sweet n Low), about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and sugar-free whipped cream. It is like pumpkin pie!! Plus you are getting the fiber and veggie-ness of the pumpkin!

Thank you SO much for the advice and for the recipe..cant wait to try! Can I use heavy crean to make my own whipped cream? I am thinking I shouldnt be using the kind from the can even though I dont have much. Yummy! I love pumpkin pie!

I am sure you can make your own...but I haven't done it before...so I am not sure....but I used the canned stuff. I thought I would give it a try, and itis pretty good!
