So I officially started going to my gym (which is across the hall!) a week ago today. I went 4 times this week. Here is my record of work out for the week:
Sat May 31 - 5 mins eliptical, 25 mins bike (30 min)
Sun June 1 - 10 mins eliptical, 40 mins bike (50 min)
Fri June 6 - 15 mins eliptical, 35 mins bike (50 min)
Sat June 7 - 20 mins eliptical, 40 mins bike (1 hour!)
Total hours of exercise (just in gym) this week is 4 hours and 10 mins! Woohoooo!!
Still havent weighed in since Tues. Am going to try and wait to weigh in...
