Procrastination my biggest flaw
Q) Why do you put things off to the last minute LaKeysha?
A) I work better under pressure
I lie I just dont want to do it until I have to.
Counting today I am 7 days away from my official 2 week weigh in My intention is to take my 10 minute walk to a 20 minute walk all this week to improve the numbers I will see. If NC weather works with me this will be an easy feat as I can walk around my building on lunch.
It is time for a sister to get a relaxer and trim. I hate gettign my hair done with a vengeance. I love my hair dont get me wrong being a big girl it has truly been my crowning glory. It's the 1 thing that I am constantly complimented on for the very same reasons I hate getting it done. It is thick and about 3 inches above tailbone length. This makes for big time dryer time. I hate the dryer why cant technology do something about that little hood of hell?
It's hot, boring and time consuming. Please dont let one of those silver clips be resting on your ear. I also hate that some beauticians feel they can charge you 10 bux more for the same services based on hair length... I mean lets be real you are not using 10$ more of shampoo on my head.

Hi Keysha,
I'm your neighbor down the street in Morrisville. We have pretty much the same stats. I started out at 287 pounds on March 3rd. We should definitely keep tabs on eachother and help eachother stay on track!! |

Hey Keysha! You are too funny girl! And your hair sounds beautiful!!! Those clips will burn the crap out of you under the dryer if they are touching your skin! Hair dressers make me mad also. They always do what "they" think is good hairstyle instead of what you tell them to do. I miss my old stylist so much! Have a good one girl!!

I must say....that also makes me mad....in NY we got to the dominicans to get a wash and set and everyone else pays $10 why can't I pay $10? You're hair is long mami is the response you get....seriously?!?!

I finally found the dominicans in NC ooh they are high
$25 for a wash and set of coursse $35 for me. A whopping $85 for a relaxer if it is Mizani or Affirm. Well dang you just putting it on the new growth aint no virgin hair over here. |

OK!! I will never use another rhelaxer in my hair again...I can't believe how soft that stuff makes your hair feel!! Ijust recently discovered them. I was online trying to find a store that sells the conditioner in a bigger bottle! But it is expensive...but you can't put a price on beauty!

they say affirm makes it really straight...for my thick hair its good...but my when my hair is straight straight it won't hold curls like right now...they just drop
