I just started my Low carb diet today. One question. Would it be a good time to start when it is that time of month. Also can you eat yogurt. I also would like to know when is a good time to start a workout. Little me I want to lose 30 lbs.

I personally think the TOM is the best time to start. If you can get through that, you can get through it all!

Thanks for answering question regarding TOM. I feel better . I will keep on going forward with my diet. Besides I got through day one. I dont what to start day one again. I do have a question about the almond flour and soy flour. Are they the subtitute for white flour?
