Re-Induction starts today!

Hoo-Hah! It has been a wild ride this year so far! I cannot believe how disciplined I have been under all thise stress to keep up my workout schedule. I truly want to honor my body by giving it the fuel it needs to survive this lifestyle I give it! HA!
Today is the beginning of WEEK FIFTEEEN. How did we get here so quickly? I am going to re-induct starting today to cleanse from my lazy attitude lately. I deserve better foods than I have been eating.
I ate birthday cake a few times this weekend, and my eczema is all flared up. Okay, simple message is DONT EAT SUGAR!
I made a coffee Egg Cream this morning, ruined it by trying to doctor up a recipe I haven't tried yet ... but think I have found a new love. I see Dr. Lang today, looking forward to shedding a few more supplements. This is also week four of my cycle, so let's see how focus and planning help me to control hormones this week.
I have three ZUMBA workouts planned for this week. I "accidentally" took a Boot Camp class on Saturday ... I may want to add one of those in this week as well. I lived through it, and I can see how the fitness level would improve with it. I will hit Shannon's Yoga classes on Thursday as well as Saturday as well. How many classes can I take in a week? HEE HEE HEE! That is funny coming from me, who just nine months ago wouldn't get off the couch!
Have a great week, don't stress over your results (work and personal) just focus on where you want to be as a a person and marvel at the journey you have come so far.
