10 a.m.
small coffee
3 tbsp. cream, 4 splenda

5:30 p.m.
8 grilled chicken wings
1 c. green beans
Diet coke

Dinner: 9:30 p.m.
8 oz. hamburger steak
1 c. green beans
Diet Root Beer

Exercise: swimming-30min.

Well...I weighed in today...I LOST 4 POUNDS! Wow. I just need to do that 40 more times I am still motivated, though, and I have started reading the book (finally! Even though I plan to read chapter 10-14 first, and then go back, and read the rest). Its a start.

This upcoming weekend (Labor Day) will be a challenge! My husband, his children, my mother, and myself, are going to a lake resort...And they have the most amazing danishes on their breakfast menu. None for me, though! For the first time, ever, I want to come back from vacation and be LIGHTER than I was when I left home. We will see...

Woo hoo! regarding the 4 lbs. I also started Coconut Oil this morning! IT is supposed to help with metabolism!
I hope it works... it did for someone who has a VERY similar story to mine...

Hey, and if I can lose while on my honeymoon, facing the temptation to really CELEBRATE with FOOD (!!!!) you can lose on this vacation!
