Breakfast:
3 a.m.
grilled chicken breast
lettuce/tomato/pickle/1 slice onion
mayo/mustard

later (6 a.m.)...
2 eggs, scrambled
tomatos, ham (diced, mixed in eggs)

10 a.m.
Tall coffee
cream/splenda (I am SURE that the shop added more cream than I requested)

Dinner (5:30 p.m.)
8 oz. Prime Rib
1 c. green beans
2 c. lettuce with cheese topping,
oil/ vinegar dressing
Diet coke

Today, I feel like a pig! I can't believe that I am saying this, but...I don't think that I am losing the most weight that I can because *I AM EATING TOO MANY VEGETABLES!* That goes against everything that I have been taught since childhood, but I need to modify it for success.

Also, I have an addiction to diet coke. BIG TIME. I drink it all day!!!
*hides my face in shame*
I tried to gradually get off the "hard stuff" (caffeinated), by drinking caffeine free, but I had a 2 week migraine that only got better after I caved in for a REAL diet coke. How can I fix this????
I LOVE helpful, educational suggestions, always! Please, preach to me!!!!

Do you eat only 2X a day? How are you feeling on that? Also curious if you cook your eggs in oil? Gotta have those healthy fats! KUTGW!

Usually, I only eat twice a day.
And most of my meals are in restaurants, due to my job...but I feel like I know how to make the best choices from what is offered on the menu, and I am not afraid to be "special" with my requests!

I use fitday since if is the most accurate way for me to count. Some people count 0 for eggs, splenda packets, sausages (most have 1 carb per 2 or 3 sausages), cheese, etc but I can't "afford" to do that (I stopped losing when I was subtracting fiber plus not adding up all those .5 gram counts. As long as you are losing, I think the way you are doing it is the way Dr. A intended... he didn't want or mean for it to be something you obsess about, like low cal, but something you just DO and enjoy. you are doing it right!
