Looking good girl. I used to use the revoloopsie rolls from cleo's thread to replace the buns for my burger.. just to make it a little less messy. As far as the ketchup goes, it was prob a tbsp or two. Maybe an extra 2 - 4 carbs? Sometimes if we need a little extra something in order to go on, just do it. You're not ruining anything if you make only a few exceptions and only once in awhile. Or that's my stance on it.

About your Deja' Vu. Story of my LC life. I'm always repeating my foods. I know I should try harder on variety, but I'm a little lazy when it comes to meal planning. Oh well!

Keep it up!!

Letchup has 4 grams of carbs per tablespoon... Safeway carries Heintz reduced sugar ketchup though (1 carb)
