Well, i am back!

So, I am ready to devote myself, AGAIN, to a diet. Hopefully, for the last time.

I am making consistant (but SLOW) progress. I have a goal, and a purpose this time. I hope I can lose 2 pounds this week!

I will find out on Sunday!

2 c. green beans, butter/garlic to taste
1 baked chicken breast
Diet Pepsi
water


I am sooo frustrated!!! I have been keeping with the plan, exercising, and drinking oceans of water, and I am STILL the same weight that I was days ago...I know, its too soon to tell...my husband already gave me that reality check, but I can still be mad about it!!!

I just read about people, that are my weight, going on a Atkins and losing 20 pounds in their first month---I just wish I didn't have this...

Lunch:
1/4 grilled chicken (breast)w/skin + seasoning
1 c. green beans w/garlic& red pepper season
Diet coke

Dinner...well, I ate like a PIG. It was a BIG family dinner, but I wasn't stuffed when I stopped, and all of my food was LC, but I still feel bad. Maybe I didn't have enough at lunch? Anyway, here it is...

1 slice ham
2 c. green beans
1 small (about 4 oz.) sirloin steak
salad---green, w/egg, oil / vinegar dressing, spoonful of tuna salad, 2 spoonfuls crab salad
1 slice turkey

1:30 p.m.

Approx. 8 oz. chopped pork (from Shane's), no BBQ sauce
1 c. green beans
seasoned vinager
Diet coke.

Exercise: walked the dog 2/3 mile early this morning.
Swimming: about 30 minutes
walked the dog another 2/3 mile about 9-ish, and gave my husband a "break" from HIS usual chore!

7 p.m.

8oz. hamburger steak
1 c. green beans
Diet Root Beer.

About 12 (midnight)

Grilled Chicken breast
Lettuce/tomato/1 slice onion
Mayo/mustard...

Dinner: 9:30 p.m.
8 oz. hamburger steak
1 c. green beans
Diet Root Beer

Exercise: swimming-30min.

Well...I weighed in today...I LOST 4 POUNDS! Wow. I just need to do that 40 more times I am still motivated, though, and I have started reading the book (finally! Even though I plan to read chapter 10-14 first, and then go back, and read the rest). Its a start.
