My preschool son had to come home from daycare because he was being aggressive, again! I dont know what to do with him.

Today is day 2 on Atkins and I had a great day yesterday! This morning the scale was down a pound already! Very encouraging.

However, after the stress about my son, I felt hunger and felt the craving to cave in and eat the bagles my coworker brought in, but I was steadfast and did not succumb to the temptation while I was emotionaly depleted.
