And so far okay.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with butter, 2 feta, tomato and basil sausages, 2 strips bacon and a portobello mushroom. Cup of coffee with a tablespoon of cream.
Lunch: 150g mixed romaine lettuce and spinach, a stick of celery, and 2 roasted chicken legs with thyme. Couple tablespoons ceasar dressing.
Dinner: Small sirloin steak, asparagus with butter and 100g mixed salad.
Went to IKEA with mum today, they only had milk, and sugar or vegetable fat/glucose creamer so I just had a plain black coffee. No cakes etc.
So far so good today. Looking through a couple of low carb books that I got and looking at the recipes. Don't think the carb counts are quite right but I will look at the ones I fancy and double check.
