Last week I had a .4 lb gain. This was my first gain since I started in April. I wasn't too surprised given TOM and the fact that I've been eating a lot of cottage cheese (i.e. 2-4 cups A DAY)!

I'd eat it for breakfast, snacks, supper. Yes, there can be too much of a good thing.
Tomorrow is WI day and I think I'll have another slight gain.
I may have to face the fact that I HAVE TO incorporate exercise back into my life. Even if it's setting up the Gazelle and going on it when I'm watching TV. I think the free of ride of losing weight while not exercising...
