and I've been up since about 3 a.m. Guess I'm still like a little kid and very excited!! That's okay, it's good to find pleasure in the simple things.

I work till 2:30 today then picking up the kids. Once DH gets home from work we will be going to Mass.

Kids get to open one present each before going to bed and putting out the reindeer food, Santa stardust and cookies and Diet Coke for Santa.

I purchased a pair of size 12 cords today at lunch. Sure, there is a 2% spandex in the pant, but a 12, is a 12, is a 12. I can't believe it!

Last night was great! Supper was buffet style so I had turkey, roast beef, green and yellow beans, salad, and cheese. Had a glass of champagne and a couple (or more) rye and diet cokes.

I received many compliments from coworkers on how fabulous I looked, so that certainly made me feel good. I don't think a girl can ever get tired of receiving compliments.

In recognition of 20 years of service I was presented with a beautiful Tissot watch.

After dinner and awards the live band started playing and I spent the rest of the night on the dance floor dancing...
