I got two workouts in in a row ... went on the treadmill on Sunday and Monday night and felt great. It's not that I don't like working out ... I love it!! I just can't seem to find the time - or should I really be saying MAKE the time?? I'm going to do my best to make exercise a regular part of my life, one way or another.

I'm thinking about trying the meat and egg challenge for a few days. I don't know much about it, so I need to do some research and some shopping before I begin.

Ahhhh, where does the time go? Can't believe it's been almost a month since I posted.

I feel consumed with my home life and doing everything on my own since DH works the night shift. I'm feeling overwhelmed and overstressed and perhaps this is why I am constantly feeling exhausted.

Needless to say I haven't done a single bit of exercise in eons. I have been staying on track food wise, but my portions are definitely out of whack, especially with cottage cheese. Once the last bit of the container is gone I am going to eliminate it from my diet for a while and...

Glad to see the weight moving down again! I took some Aloe Vera Juice throughout the week and I think that really helped to clean out my colon and help the scale move.

We went shopping yesterday and ended up purchasing beds for the kids, a dinette suite and a bedroom suite for us! I'm so excited and can't wait for it to be delivered (end of month). The only two things that own that were brand new when we got them are our fridge and stove ... I think we deserve this!!

Back to school today for the kids. It will be nice to get back to a routine. I have been neglecting my blog, but posting on the Inner Hotties thread.

I've been working out to Cardio Coach workouts on my treadmill. I love them, and can't believe how fast the time flies by.

WI on Saturday and I was up, which was disappointing. I'm still up, so I wonder if this is because I've started exercising and muscle weighs more than fat? In any event I'm not going to worry about it, and I'll just keep up with my routine.

Up .5 lb, so that's not bad, especially during Christmas week.

I didn't cheat on non-legal food, but over the time spent at my parents' I ate too many peanuts, cottage cheese and cream cheese and NO water.
