I cannot believe that I had a woosh this week! I can't remember the last time I saw the 170s on the scale. What a fantastic way to start the day and weekend.

Tonight is my work's Christmas party and I am receiving a speech and a gift in honour of my 20 years of service. I feel fantastic and won't mind having 100 pairs of eyes on me tonight. Wooohoooo!!!
