Well it's a new day today. My skirt that I'm wearing is feeling a bit uncomfortable and I'm thinking to myself, "Girl you've gotta get it together. Move your body and get back on track". I've been having big problems with portion control. May have to think about inducting again. I think my body may need it.

Yesterday I ordered a book online called "Have A New Kid by Friday". I am so excited for it to arrive and am hoping I will find some good information to use at home. I also ordered a book "Deceptively Delicious". It's a cookbook filled with ideas on how to "sneak" veggies into meals so that your kids (and adults) will get good nutrition, without realizing they're eating veggies. A lot of recipes use vegetable purees. Should be interesting to try.
